About Nessa Parrish
Nessa Parrish is a Tennessee-based visual storyteller whose work is the marriage of her two greatest passions: live music and photography. With a photojournalism background, her photos do more than just freeze time, they narrate the grander story of music history as it unfolds in front of her. While growing up in Nashville, at the age of 11, Nessa began second-shooting for her step-mother's Wedding Photography & Videography business, sparking a life-long love for being behind the camera. Studying Communications at The University of Tennessee - Chattanooga, Nessa was a part of, and eventually led a student-run multi-media organization called Rising Rock, focused on Documenting Chattanooga. After graduating, Nessa began working for WUTC, Chattanooga's NPR Station, allowing her opportunities to bring together all of her knowledge, experience, and skills. After further curating her style and skills, Nessa has moved back to Nashville and is seeking to continue her visual-storytelling journey... Possibly with you!
